WHAT TO EXPECT

On your first visit,I will take a detailed medical history and lifesyle questionnaire, which remains strictly confidential, so as to determine the very best course of treatment tailor made for you and to discuss any possible contra-indications(reasons treatment may not proceed at that given time) I will require you to remove your footwear,socks or tights and guide you onto a couch/chair ensuring your comfort. Once positioned and before treatment commences, I shall wipe both feet to refresh and record a visual examination of each foot. After performing a gentle massage/relaxation technique to the feet, I will proceed with your treatment, which will last for 45minutes- 1 hour. After your treatment has ended, I will make a note of any reactions you may have experienced and offer home/aftercare advice to further promote your body's self healing process and to achieve the best possible and rewarding benefits. To further enhance your treatment, you may wish to light scented candles or listen to gentle music of your choice. Please feel free to do so. Remember that this is your special time.
